Sociocracy has been described as social permaculture. I don’t technically agree, but I do think sociocracy, or dynamic governance, is one of the best systematic approaches to help people collaborate. Effective group coordination and decision-making are important to many of our most important permaculture projects. This introduction will help you learn key concepts, the advantages of sociocracy, and where to go for more resources (Hint: I’ve been involved in Sociocracy for All for almost 7 years).
